
- In 1921 a company called Stock cognac Medicinal was established. The company started production of strong alcoholic drinks (fruit brandies, cognac and domestic brandy)
- In 1934 Stock was offered a contract by a well known Swiss company Nestlé for renting the plant for production of chocolate and candies.
- In 1936 the company started production of chocolates and confectionery products
- In 1951 the company changed its name to ZVEČEVO
- In 1958 Zvečevo established its own diary plant
- The production is entirely focused on production of cocoa products, strong alcoholic drinks and milk processing, i.e. production of powdered milk
- Business cooperation with Nestlé was renewed in 1970 and it lasted until 1995. During this period Zvečevo d.d. was producing Nestlé chocolate.
- In the period between 1975 and 1980 there was a strong investment into all three plants (plant for production of confectionery products, strong alcoholic drinks and powdered milk).
- In 1993 Zvečevo became a joint-stock company
